AmarEvents admins can send platform-wide or user-specific push notifications from /admin/noti. All sent notifications are logged in the notification_log table with the title, body, target audience, sent count, sender ID, and timestamp. Users receive browser push notifications via the Web Push / VAPID system. Notification delivery uses the push_subscriptions table.
