From /organizer/certificates?id=YOUR_EVENT_ID, select a certificate design and click 'Issue'. You can issue to all approved participants at once (bulk) or to individual participants. Each issued certificate creates a record in the certificate_issuances table and is rendered as a PNG or PDF via the certificate_result page. Issued certificates are cached in certificate_render_cache for fast re-download.
